It will outperform FFVII in the west and underperform it in Japan. Others is 3x Japan now, and Americas is 3x Japan in aggregate - but the 360 base is literally 25x bigger outside Japan so I don't see why this is impossible. A little over 10m worldwide across the two systems is realistic. They'll probably make less money on FFXIII than on FFVII though.
