Finally POKEMON RUMBLE has been released on NA Wiiware for 1500 Wiis, this game is developed by the same pple who brought you POKEMON RANCH, DASH, hey you PIkachu. The looks fun but is it fun??? thats the wat i will be breaking down for in my unbiased, insightful review so lets get ready to RUUUUUUUUUUUUMBLE!!!!!!
STORY: In this Pokemon world exist a Battle Arena where pokemon secretly go when there not up to being captured Pokemon trainer. Pokemon come far and wide to test there might agaisnt each other in hopes of being Battle Areana Champion which up to this point has been dominated by a powerful mysterious pokemon that u immediately will guess when u see his shadow. its up to u to find a powerful pokemon and faint him.

GAMEPLAY: POKEMON RUMBLE is a button mashing beaten at the core u will have access to original 151 pokemon( albeit u get them) to smash ur way throw 6 zones with varying difficulty as you move up in grade(rank) lets break this down.
- there is two attack buttons and depending on your control scheme( wii mote sideways, nunchuck, classis, and GC) i will obviously be different i used GC( sorry batteries were dead) A and B button are attack butttons u can have 1 moved matched to each botton where u can limitlessly spam so much it makes the shoruken spam seem like a bleessing. Now in this game u dont lv up so u take ur pokemon coins a go to HM center and buy moves, theres a catch though. First the move u get is random based on ur pokemon type, so charmander can learn all the moves he learn from lving up and TM/HM in the officials games...so if your trying to teach ur chamander surf..stop it it wont show up..belive me ive tried.. and also like in the games u will have to get rid of moves to learn new ones and finally u get better( and more expensive to get) random moves as u move up in rank so i ur in rank C dont wait for ZAP CANNON cause its not there..ull be wasting money.
- lets talk about catching and getting stronger pokemon, when ur mashing away at legions of pokemon instead of turning to money when they loose they will get knock out and simple touching this pokemon will add them to ur collection..that simple sometimes...each pokemon ha a certain percentage chance that they will be knocked out mystery dungeon players..u kno wat i mean. POKEMON due no level up this game so to get a stronger Charmander u have to catch a stronger one, every pokemon u get is not the same each has the own HP,attack,defense,speed, and special trait no pokemon is the same. You can also buy pokemon from pokemon machine but its random to and will get better pokemon as rank goes up.

- zones and grade, there are 6 zones, 1 battle arena, and for grades C, B, A, and S. each of the 6 zones id a differnet habbitat will u will be able to catch different species by llookin at the pics it obvious wat u will find in them but just in case u dont before you enter the zone it shows u most of the pokemon associated with it some are ? becuase u nee special requirements to find them ( like in oreder for wigglytuff to show up u need to have gottten a jigglypuff stuff like that) it will also show wat pokemon u have capturd in the that area too shot for all 150 trust me u wont regret it. Battle arena is the only way to increase grades but u need to meet requirements to get into..for example in order to get into rank C arena u need to have caught 3 pokemon with attak powers over a 100. Battle arena is battle royale which has a mix of every pokemon in the grades zones and at the end boss pokemon rank C u needed to faint a caertain amout of pokemon the the eeve family flareon, jolteon, and vaporean would show up beat them and u won which increase ur rank which allows you to got B grade.
- Increasing Rank means...u get to do the same zones over again but with stronger and new pokemon and also the floors to clearing the zone increase to, the move and pokemon machines get better selections also
- boss battles and pokemon type, i dont think i havee to mention this but type advantages/disadvantages play role here..not as big though, all of the instances of full defense( bird not affected by ground) are removed, so pikachu is still zappin away at Geodude. so when u jump into a zone be careful of who u playin with..becuase if run into a boss pokemon( which is just a huge stronger evolved form of a pokemon that appeared in the zone) u may get owned... u can switch pokemon in and out but u can only carry 6 pokemon and when u swith the game doesnt pause so if u get hit u will be knocked out of swicth menue so be quick. u can only die 3 times when u do all the money and pokemon u caught will be lost. and the end of the boss fight he will burst into a goldmine and sometimes a collectble( rare though) so u get a cool boss pokemon and lots of money to waste on those random machines. at the end of the zone u will be ranked and in multiplayer who faints the most Pokemon wins and it will show all the pokemon u have caught so laughed at how deformed they look.
MULTIPLAYER: very simple in the choose ur zone area there will be a multi hut touch it and up to 3 other ppl can join in on the fun. you share all pokemon but you both cant be the dame pokemon..u all can be charmander but no the same charmander..u also share money to
GRAPHICS: not important but i want to make my review longer. the graphics are basically the N64 version of pokemon with models of the pokemon made to look chimmy style and deformed..cute and coloful, it should be fine for most players.
ANOTHER MODE: Another happens when u beat the game with all 151 pokemon..it takes place in sinnoh region and all kanto pokemon are replaced with sionnoh pokemon...*cricket*...i kno...i kno sinnoh sucks but its prolongs the fun an you get new sinnoh areas!!!!!
- also EX battle arena opens which is just a battle arena with multiple modes to play in it with friends
OVERALL - me and my bros are havin a blast with this game its really really fun but simple and catching all pokemon is just as addicting the only cons are:
- only 2 moves per pokemon..why when all the other buttons do nothing ore the same thing..there is more than enough for 4 moves
- i wish the zones changed per grade( like a different fire area on next grade)
- $20 for a $15 dollar game....increments of 5 plz i didnt want to spend thr extra 5 when it wasnt needed
- no Hoen or johto pokemon
thats about it overall it gets a:
4/5 from me...pokemon fans get Pokemon Rumble!!!
* the pokemon buyer also has a code systm which unlocks pokemon..THE JAPANESE PASSWORDS DONT WORK so allll those cool,pokemon they get we dont have access to...we onlt got Mew, Charizard, and Venasauer for now...rumors say johto and hoen will be added this way to!!!!
