I think that 10 million figure - or the 9.7 or whatever it is - is actually counting the PC version, though I don't know if it counts the international version.

No, this game is not ging to do it. I'm sure it will sell great, but this isn't like.... Pokemon or something

The 9.7 is only the original PS1 release. The international re-release and PSN sales push it well over 10 million. The PC version adds even more sales on top of that.
