I am glad Mr. Miyamoto continues to have birthdays. It is one of my little joys in life.

those all happened in february, 9 months before his birth.

However, the decision to have a child usually happens a few months before conception, so it could have been Japan regaining it's sovereignty in Sept 1951 or something like that. February in Kyoto is also the month of the new year, Feb 4th or somehting like that. It's actually surprising how many children are conceived in and around the new year.
