The games theme already is set. And if we consider the leaked concept art, its going to be similar to Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess, with an adult Link and 'darker'. Does this mean 'mature'? Not necessarily. But it doesn't mean it'll be like 'toon' Link and it will feature Adult Link.
Also, Miyamoto has already said the new Zelda will do something very different from all the other 3D Zeldas. As well as using WiiMotion+.
