second big mario holiday game

I haven't bought a Tony Hawk game since 2002!

Why would they make me want to do it again now, of all times!?

It's been since American's Wasteland for me and the last one I liked was Underground.  But I guess it would be a good commercial advertising point.  But once again I don't know if it is the cases.  Simply the way it is put it sounds like Mario is going to be in a game rather than an actual Mario game.  Similar to how Link was in SC II. 

I was just trying to think of a big holiday game that would be appropriate for Mario and that one came up first haha.
