Yes suppressed information fallacy or "cherry picking" as a lot of people call it gets him nowhere in his argument.  Just makes him look silly.

 

I do agree the game shouldn't get similar scores to the first one because it is a later port and does lack some of the features as the first, but if it works well and looks good for a Wii game then that really shouldn't be too much of a downer on it.  But 7s and 8s seems to be appropriate for the game.
