Considering ioi has access to actual data I will tend to believe him over you.  Considering MW1 is approaching 8M I predict that MW2 can do over 10M lifetime.  Huge opening sales lead to lots of word of mouth advertising.  Everyone will be telling their friends, and holiday sales will be huge.
