There needs to be a western created Final Fantasy (main series)

If anything, I would like to see a more Western styled RPG from a Japanese developer much in the vein of Demon's Souls. Japanese artists are just so completely unrivaled in aesthetic design, mechanical design and atmosphere.

Just because there's been a few games developed by lesser experienced developers doesn't mean a western-themed FF would too. The only reason you don't want one is because you don't like Mass Effect but the whole argument has been that we should keep intact the core gameplay style of FF but bring more realistic characters with a western created storyline. I mean, you have had 20+ FFs (if you include all the spinoffs) games that have the same japanese oriented themes, jokes, etc. One FF which is western directed won't kill the series, period.
