Thanks impur1ty that helps a lot.
I had both the original GB and GBC, but I just couldn't remember. I also got really confused looking at the game database when it said that Yellow was for the original GB, but it was the only Pokemon game I've every owned and I thought I had played it in color, but then thought maybe I just couldn't remember.
