This game will be shifting gears based on the sales for NSMBWii and WiiSports Resort.
Even if NoA have something against T rated games and up they can not fold under the path of disruption. By not supporting this game in the US especially they would lose a strong title that has the potential to do Brawl level sales.
I'm saying this based on just what was shown at E3, the game seems like the spiritual successor of Wii Sports Resort. This is why I say it would be the first Wii game well technically 2nd as MKWii is actually kind of a Wii game.
Most other games on the Wii are just suped up GC games.
Should this game have the content it will do Brawl numbers.
