No, it hasn't. If I need extra space, I'll delete some older installs, or some demos. I've got about 22 free GB on my hard drive, and I don't let it fall below that much. I can always delete SCIV install, and GTAIV (my cousin did it) if I really need more space.. If I really want to, I'll just get a 1 TB HDD..
You guys kinda got the bad end of the stick with the 20GB HDD. They're making 32GB memory sticks for PSP, and other devices that uses them... lol...
