Really a poor week this time. The adjustments that caused problems last week (DS and PS3) continue to have an effect on this week as well. Add in overestimating the PSP Go! launch in Japan and the Walmart offer causing an unexpected spike in Xbox 360 leaving my predictions way off on more or less every single platform.
