Revenue record, for both gaming only and entertainment industry like a whole.
Like I said, for gaming is just don't see it happening til next gen, maybe a Blizzard release like StarCraft 2 could make with luck.
For entertainment I can see Spider-Man 4 movie, Harry Potter 7 movie.
