The OP lists it as being positive-only, and only mods would be able to grant positive rep.

I admit, the positive only ones are better but I promise you will still have two things:
- People begging me for props
- People complaining they don't get enough props
- People saying VGC is biased because x console gets more props than y console threads
I've never seen one where only the mods can give positive props, but I've seen quite a few positive only ones and people still complain.
