It wouldn't work. The PS3 wand already has shown that it will not have a thumb control like the Wiimote's nunchuck. There is no similar option for character movement, unless they push sixaxis+wand setups.

Yeah, I can't wait to see what they come up with.  Nintendo has the nunchuck design copyrighted I believe.

 The nunchuk, yes. A nunchuk-like device, no. Nyko was able to release their unauthorized copy, but they had to make it look and feel different from Nintendo's nunchuk. Sony can (and almost certainly will...) do the same.
