In the mission with the nuke launch Price is heard to mutter the only way to put out a fire is with a bigger fire.

Hence the Russian Nuke launch and detonation over American Soil

I guess I was too tired. Wow.

I finished the game - working on my second playthrough. I'll look for that again.
