Will Demon's Souls win RPG of the Year?

Hey, there is always hope. They gave it Mass Effect in 2007, a game that wasn't available to anyone other than 360 owners.

It released in 2008 for the PC.

Granted there wasn't much to write home about on the PS3 anyways, but they still gave it to Mass Effect instead of Persona 3. Well, most of them anyways.

you have me confused now man, was it Mass effect or Persona that got game of the year...

 

Usually when i think of game of the year i think of Spike TV/G4 video game awards thingy.

Websitse are all different so it might be a half and half with a slight lean on dragon age.

RPG of the Year is handed out by numerous sites. Persona 3 got it from RPG Gamer I believe, that or RPG Fan, maybe both.

Mass Effect got it from some of the bigger named sites.

 

There is more than just 1 RPG of the year. I am asking who will take home the award from the majority of them.

 

Edit - Back of my Persona box says Gamespot as well.
