"they're leaving the Zelda universe for...trains? wtf?"
It's a direct sequel to Phantom Hourglass, taking place hundreds of years later, and seems to have all the same charm and wit as its predecessors (Phantom Hourglass, Wind Waker).
Surely you aren't going to pass up on a Zelda game just because it has trains?
And the snake seems more like a whip than the grappling hook.
