No it means that console players will be glad if a company even offered them a bucket of crap.

How is it that blizard and Valve make so much money? Magic? They just make games that don't suck, something VERY few people are able to do in modern times it seems.

Yep Valve PC business works so well than for the first time they decided to release their last 2 games simultaneously on consoles and PC....

The PC version of Orange Box outsold the 2 consoles it was released on, combined.  And not by a small margin.
