Thye vast majority of PC gamers buy their games for multiplayer purposes only. We really dont care about single player experiences unless we are buying a specific genre of game or it looks really good. COD has always been a multiplayer first, single player second, franchise. The fact they screwed PC gamers with no dedicated PC servers for multiplayer destroyed PC gamers enjoyment of the game.
