It's an RPG. They are wearing weighty army and heavy weaponry, of course its going to be clunky. Thats quite a criticism which should've been obvious to the naked eye about now.

My naked eye spotted the clunkyness when i went into cover. Not when running around in my fancy armor.

I noticed clunkiness then too. Notice the slow running? Anyway, I didn't care because the overall funfactor was off the charts for me.
