Well, Wii Sports always work. If she liked it, move to Resort.
Do yoga excercises in Wii Fit. (Even if she won't like it, you will....)
Mario kart and Brawl are both games I would recommend.
Maybe play Zack & Wiki together?
One advice though. Do NOT play NSMBWii with her unless you have a very stable relationship. That game will be a relationship-crusher.
