Mario Galaxy may actually be kind of tough for one who never plays video games. Ditto for Smash Bros Brawl.
Looking at your game collection:
Well, to start things off, Mii's! Have fun with em, make one for her. Then dive into Wii Sports Resort first, definitely. I've yet to try Wii Fit or Play, but I imagine they've got some fun stuff in there? Mario Kart comes next, the wheel is too inviting.
That should kill enough time. I don't think any of the other games are nearly as good for an introduction. New Super Mario Bros Wii will probably be another, but that's next week...
