to be honest Nintendo made a huge mistake not making the Wii HD.

If they did it for the Wii's orig release then the would be no such thing as a HD war and the Wii would be sitting on sales that would make the DS look average.

And i really believe that. It would have had the hardcore and casuals. batman AA, Assassins Creed, Final Fantasy 13, Tekken 6 and other big 3rd party games aswell as Nintendo's first party all on the little white box.

It would have been killer

This is Wrong kinda...Wii limitations is A problem but not its biggest problem..if anything its minor

i think i'm right think about it. The wii with the motion controller and HD graphics being released back in 2006.

The reason the wii doesnt get 3rd party support is because it isnt HD. also most core games dont sell on it anyway. But just think of it like this

Motion controller= Grab all the casuals

HD graphics= Getting the attention of the core gamer. the wii would have had HD ports from the 360 like the PS3 did. games supporting the traditional controller type.

Nintendo games= Need i say more.

Honestly think about it would people really need the HD consoles if wii was HD when it released?

still disagree...3rd party developers lack of real commitment to Wii developerment stems primarily the fact they have no idea how to strike to gold or strike gold consistently. If 3rd party games sold well consistently on Wii...I doubt the Wii limitations or lack HD would play any role in there decisions to make especially with a fanbase closin in 60mil
