If they played games like Killzone2 or Socom they'd know their's nothing wrong with the PSN set-up. If the dev wants players to connect with friends easier for online game, then they can make it easier. Killzone2 alone proves this. Also, SONY's recent addition of game launching from HOME has also made it pretty easy.
Fuck these guys.
