Well I was one of the early adopters so BC is still part of my ps3 set up (I just got a slim as my second console for the entertainment room). I also got YLOD and got my unit serviced for free (I was even out of warranty and they still fixed mine ); plus I got my new unit in less than 10 days. So I have no complaints about Sony and their customer service. I totally trust them, especially with all the block buster titles they have "unleashed" upon there console owning patrons. I never had a "bricked" unit and all updates work like charm across both unit(s) so far (knock on wood).
