Yeah, I didn't mean Q1 2009 in particular, but from March onwards (once momentum was dying down). Regardless, with the 09 lineup and price cut I can't see it being that far down from 09, at least until the effect wears down.
As for counting "peak years," I'm referring to Calendar years - launch is year 0, next is 1, 2 (peak), 3, etc.). Wii is going into its 3rd year's holiday, and it peaked in its 2nd year (2008). I suppose my method might be odd (or "wrong"), but I assumed this was what people went by (when they always compare 360 vs PS3, for example). If we start the years at launch (~November 19, I think), the Wii is currently down by ~2mil from its second year, with 2 weeks to go.
