From the reviews it look like they succeeded. Reviewer say it's a lot of fun to play with a friend which is what the Wii is all about. I've been wanting a Burnout style game for Wii since it launched. I have Burnout Paradise but I much prefered the PS2 Burnouts to that one and it doesn't even come with multi-player which was a real letdown.
