If your PC can't run it, I'd go with the PS3 version simply because there may be a chance of PS3 owners having access to mods. It's not a guranteed to occur but UT3 managed to get access to some of the PC mods. My laptop is nearly a year and half old and I don't have a problem running the game maxed out at 1440x900 which my laptop's max resolution. After playing the PC game and hearing about the some changes to the console version, I'd have to agree with Nanzatips. This game was clearly made with the PC in mind.
