in case you didn't notice, his comment was one of comparrison, and he said they like to deliver comparable experiences across all platforms, and since the Wii can't deliver a comparable cinematic experience as the 360 and PS3 that is why they aren't doing it. the article doesn't say the Wii can't do a cinematic experience of its own.
