Actually the gameplay IS much better. The roommate got it for his 360 and dear god... the game is more or less for masochists only, it's such a pain to have a normal combat with any tactics that I'd never buy the game if it was just for consoles.
On the upside, because of this this game has some of the best gameplay realesed any recent memory. The last good RPG before that was the Witcher and before that... well I forget.
