Geez, people, get off of IWs back. At least they're being up front about it. I just said this in the other thread about this, with special concern to them saying "IW can't do it, yet Treyarch is?":

They care about making their game experiences equal across all platforms. Treyarch obviously does not. Or do you believe that CoD:WaW is the same on the Wii as it is on the HD consoles?

Where are those Wii Nazi Zombies?

Treyarch are definitely NOT "doing it". They put games on the Wii. Not equal games. IW believes that if they produce a game, the experience should be the same for all who purchase it. There should be NO discrepancies between any of the versions. With that said, obviously the Wii faulters. Unless you want them to cater to the lowest denominator, which would result in MW2 not being all it's supposed to be

There are technical requirements for these games. Would you Wii owners be mad if Crytek said "We aren't going to develop Crysis for the Wii because it wouldn't be an equal experience"?

NO! You realize that what's under the hood for the Wii doesn't match what's needed to make a Crysis Wii the same as the PC version. Same thing with Modern Warfare. Only reason the Wii even gets Call of Duty games is because Treyarch doesn't care that the experiences aren't equal. IW does, and that's why the Wii doesn't get Modern Warfare...or at least they don't get it with the vision that IW has behind it

Wow dude, you just copied and pasted most of you exact argument from the a previous thread. Yet your arguement is flawed. Crytek does not have an engine for Crysis running on the Wii. Infinity Ward does. Secondly, for the most part Call of Duty: World at War was exactly like the version on the HD consoles. Yet the Zombie game was missing. As I stated in previous thread, which was a reply to your post, there could have been a number of reasons why that game was left off, a lack of time or a lack of money or Friend Codes. But it was not due to the hardware limitations of the Wii. It would be more likely attributed to the storage media but the Wii uses Dvd 9 Just like the Xbox 360.

So, you're saying, minus the Nazi Zombies, CoD:WaW is equal across the Wii and HD consoles? Have you played both versions???? Because I have, and there are other differences besides graphics.....

WaW Wii wasn't a full effort.  Treyarch could have done a much better job.
