The two months right before and the two months right after New Super Mario Bros. launch.
DS had sold 8,182,299 consoles until there, about the same Wii sold right now. I'm just trying to point out that if the Wii follows DS pattern as far as games moving hardware concerns, then there is no boost to be expected from NSMBWii.
Still that's not a given. DS was selling so much back then that an eventual small boost could be masked by usual sales numbers. Anything at this rate could help the Wii outselling the PS3.
