Uncharted vs Gears

gears was also 1st on the scene with all the TPS cover crap in 06 everything that comes out after that will always be compared to it i cant tell u how many times ive read Uncharted is a poor mans gears on the net

There's no offline co-op in U2 because it would be a grave injustice to the game to compress it's graphics into a splitscreen. There's no way it would have still looked good.

 

Also, Gears is a more mature game?  Why because it's more violent?  I don't think violence is what makes something mature, it in fact makes it more childish and ridiculous.  Uncharted 2 is rated T, but it pushes it in terms of language and sexuality.  I think it's much more mature to play as a flawed everyman like Nathan Drake than a "unstoppable badass!"

 

And the "It's a poor man's Gears!" complaint is just what Xbox fanboys say to put down Uncharted, it's not a legitimate criticism and  no review has said anything like that at all. 

So yeah, Uncharted wins.
