I'm sure you must realise by now how much more powerful the PS3 is then the Wii? The PS3's processor alone is 3X as powerful as Wii's.
There would be no effort. It's likely that they could run DQ10 on PS3 at 2-3X the resolution with out breaking a sweat.
It's simply common sense. It's just as likely as FF13 coming to Wii? No. Think about it like this: The Wii can play SNES games but could the SNES ever play a Wii game? Of course not. That's an extreme example but you get the idea.
