I would say sonic cause the best games Sega made are inthat series...but ehs ebcome such a whore lately.
Other - Streets of rage! Series never made a bad game...it died while it was young and didn't get bloated ike the hedgehog.
Lots of great series seem to have died young with sega... SOR, Vectorman, Panzer Dragon, Shenmue, Eternal champions, Jet Grind Radio... Worst of all, many of these had sequels in the works...
