Nintendo of Europe and America are going to collaborate with Capcom with the marketing of Monster Hunter 3 in the respective regions. They are completely supporting the game to get it to sell as much as possible.
I see that this game will be more successful that the other PS2 games in America an Europe. It depends on the marketing strategy.
