Not really, you can share unlimited amount of times. So its better to create dummy account and share with everyone. Like people are doing in other forums. Demo code can only be used once but you can share your PSN account email+pass so other people can download from it.

But wow Gow 3 is pure awesomness. If the whole game keeps the same quality it's candidate for another 90+ metacritic score.

I think it is almost a given that it will get 90+ on meta
