It'll sell more on PS3 than 360 in Japan. It just means the 360 shipment was too small for demand vs the PS3 one.
Actually, add very probably to the above but I'll be amazed if the actual sales don't show PS3 ahead of 360 in Japan.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
