I pre-ordered this game the first week EBGames was accepting pre-orders. Do I think its the most promising Mario game of all time? No I do not. I think Mario games are always more and more promising. I remember seeing SuperMarioWorld advertised and saying wow this will be the best Mario game ever. Then I saw Mario64 for the first time and my jaw dropped and I thought wow this is the most promising mario game ever. Then Mario Sunshine sure I didn't have as high hopes for sunshine but I still thought it was an amazing game. Then Mario Galaxy came along and I thought its utalization of the Wiimote would make it the most promising Mario game. Now some would argue that Galaxy is the best Mario game to date. But the point is Nintendo is great at making us all believe were getting the best game every time we open our wallets. Thats what makes Nintendo so great after all.
