Capcom stated a while ago they made the wrong bet against the Wii. This is a way of making sure they can support it better.

The RE series has sold well on Wii, Okami also doing good. I am scared of RE5 on Wii, will it work? RE5 probably out of the question, just future games.

Games like Totsunoko, RE: DC can actually be multiplats too.

If it adjusts to the Wii well, RE5 would work a lot better than many think, since it's using those tools and not an entirely new engine.

But the Wii games to HD wouldn't be that much easier. Porting isn't tranfering a game. It's like building a house, and you can even reuse the same materials have the time.



A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
