I'm the only person on the planet who will say this, but... iron boots. They were so damn simple, yet so incredibly useful.
Need to move against the current of a river? Iron boots.
Need to resist gale force winds? Iron boots.
Need to walk up a magnetic wall? Boots... made of iron.
Need to wrestle a goron? Iron boots have you covered.
Want to impress Zelda on a date? I suggest you wear your iron boots. You know what they say about a guy with big shoes.
