They do have those contests, and they are called cults. And those people are also idiots!
And I know what water poisoning is, your body has failsafes to prevent you from doing something stupid like that to kill yourself. It's funny. huamns are so "smart" that they can ignore there body telling them to STOP, thus being stupid, how ironic. so smart you are stupid! When you get cramps your body is telling you you are workign too hard, and your body thinks "hey, I'm going to make this part of you hurt like hell so you stop doing it!" and usually it works, unless you are a dumbass and keep pushing yourself. That lady knew when she had drank too much, you will start to feel terrible, and she didn't stop. Maybe the radio should have had medical staff ready, for all we know there could have been, I don't know, but even if there weren't any I still think the lawsuit is dumb.
Kind of like a fat person with heart problems riding a rollercoaster and geting a heart attack and the family sueing the park because he died on their ride. HELLO you have heart problems! don't go on the intense stuff! not the theme parks problem, they even have those little warning signs before you get on.
The only time I see a lawsuit being perfectly ok is when the company / organization is clearly at fault. For example a train derailing (unless it's caused by something like an earthquake), a latter breaking, a support failing, etc. But when it's your own damn fault, I don't care at all.
