Fallout 3 DLC - PS3, due when?

I was fairly sure it was out...

However, certainly in the UK, getting the GotY edition for £30, is cheaper than getting all 5 DLC packs (£8), though if you go that route, I think there may have been some issues over saves from the original game transferring
