Can you perhaps give us some reasons why? For me, there's not enough evidence to deny or accept your claim. Therefore I'm not really justified to just deny your claim.
I feel that a good bet is one where there's a good enough ammount of knowledge avaiable to both sides, but not enough to be completely certain.
