The small black triangle thing is a "TREE" ona s andy beach....the blue thing is the SEA
the BIG blueish/black HUGE thing behind em both is the "MOUNTAIN"
basically GTA is going to EUROPE or going back to a San Andreas style setting as imo
Vice City is OUT
That leaves San Francisco & or Los angeles!
