yea i know ive read the wiki and have seen a direct contradiction to the news read on many other sites it said nintendo sued sony but sony sued nintendo and sony didnt want 100% control they wanted royalties on the format, because they wanted to be reimbursed for the cd's because cd was their ip and nintendo didnt want to pay the royalty, it gave them no control over the actual ip of nintendo
