Did the price cut really helps the PS3 and the Wii? Or its just temporary?

Uhm, considering the heaps of consoles that Sony sold after the price cut, I'd say it helped and will help. "only 100k in front of the 360" ... I remember when people were laughing that the 360 kept beating the PS3 with 20 to 30k each week. Funny.
