Mario Kart DS was there placed at 22 million. It's at 16 million now, and it's looking at ~ 17.7 million by the end of the year.

 That will make its sales no less than 4.3 million this year, which is roughly the same as the year before.

Thus, reaching 22 million will be no problem. In fact, 22 million may be the low end.
